Edgard Sanuy, Cuinalum founder, is a chef from Lleida, Spain, stablished in Hong Kong since 2011. With over a dozen of restaurant openings around the world on his career, a Culinary degree ( Escuela Hofman Barcelona, 2007) and a degree in Photography (RBG academy 2022), Edgard provides a unique and helpful scoop of services to restaurants, bars and hotels
